Packages are all ages but can only be purchased by guests 21 years or older. All package purchasers will be contacted 7-10 days prior to check in with how to redeem package inclusions. Merchandise items included in your package will be available for pickup at the Travel Package Will Call located at the hotel. Merchandise must be collected onsite and will not be mailed. Rideshare credit is only valid for the dates of your package. All sales, purchases and partial purchases under a payment plan are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. If purchasing using a payment plan, if you fail to make a payment for any reason, you may void your package and you will not receive a refund. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. By purchasing this package, you consent to receive promotional and marketing email and SMS from Superfan. You may opt-out of such promotional and marketing messaging at any time. All hotel reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable. Name changes are not guaranteed. If in the event Superfan is unable to supply the original accommodation as stated at the time of the booking, alternative Hotel accommodation at the same standard or above will be given.Superfan advises all Travel Package customers to carry adequate travel insurance. In the event of a change of show date, show cancellation, or major event disruption, the ticket and experience portion of the package is fully exchangeable to the new date or fully refundable. The hotel portion of the booking is non-refundable due to the contractual obligations between Superfan and the Hotel operator.
