Packages are open to all ages. Travel Packages can only be purchased by guests 21 years or older. All package purchasers will be contacted 7-10 days prior to the event date with instructions on where to pick up tickets and package inclusions. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact vip@superfan.live immediately.
Merchandise items included in your package will be available for pickup at the Travel Package Will Call located at the hotel at predetermined times that will be communicated in advance. All merchandise must be collected onsite and will not be mailed if you do not check in. If you need to add an alternate pick-up name, please contact vip@superfan.live within 10 days of purchase.
All sales, purchases and partial purchases under a payment plan are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. If purchasing using a payment plan, if you fail to make a payment for any reason, you may void your package and purchase and you will not receive a refund.
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via Fan-to-Fan Resale.

All hotel reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable. Superfan will make its best efforts to accommodate name changes in accordance with the hotel policies, but cannot guarantee them. Please contact vip@superfan.live.
If in the event Superfan is unable to supply the original accommodation as stated at the time of the booking, alternative Hotel accommodation at the same standard or above will be given.
Superfan advises all Travel Package customers to carry adequate travel insurance.
In the event of a change of show date, show cancellation, or major event disruption, the ticket and experience portion of the package is fully exchangeable to the new date or fully refundable. The hotel portion of the booking is non-refundable due to the contractual obligations between Superfan and the Hotel operator. Compensation cannot be offered for other expenses incurred by the purchaser.
