Mike Savas

FOUNDER & CEO

About Mike

Mike Savas is the Founder and CEO of SUPER, formerly known as Superfan Live - a boutique VIP experiential management agency that Inc 5000 has named one of the fastest growing companies in the US. A trailblazer in the concert industry, Mike has made it SUPER’s mission to conceptualize and execute the most exciting top-tier VIP packages with a specialty for touring musical acts and one-of-a-kind festivals. Drawn to the human connection behind the live experience, his holistic approach encompasses the desire to make people’s dreams come to life and harnesses the emotional frequency that exists between his clients, their fans and the enchantment of the events they share.

A long-established leader who has embarked on countless world tours, Savas has worked with top names in the business, including Bon Jovi, Metallica, Oprah, The Rolling Stones, Guns N’ Roses, Prince, Eminem, Katy Perry, Britney Spears, The Black Eyed Peas, Janet Jackson, Michael Bublé, Cat Stevens/Yusuf Islam, and President Barack Obama.

As an entrepreneur, his business has grown rapidly and diversified, expanding beyond live events to include brand agency work and real estate projects that aim to amplify the local culture in the area where they are developed. As an organization, his team has also provided life-saving humanitarian relief in the wake of natural disasters, such as the 2015 earthquake in Nepal and a variety of social impact and aid missions in Poland, Mexico, and Peru. As a human, Mike feels strongly impassioned by social impact projects, seeing giving back to the community and contributing to aid efforts worldwide as a deeply felt responsibility. All along the way, he encourages his clients and artists to incorporate charity and social impact in their tours and uses SUPER as a channel to amplify their impact and give back while on tour.

His experience with adventure travel and desire to acclimate to new communities and identities led him to create “Month in the Making,” a journey where he spent 12 months in 12 countries learning 12 different skills—all chronicled in a video series on YouTube.

At heart, Savas is a solution-oriented visionary, fueled by excitement and driven by the energy and magic that exists within the world around us. His aim is to inspire others to shift their mindset into a space of positivity and proactively design and live the life of their dreams.

Courtney Jackson

Chief of Staff

About Courtney

As the Chief of Staff for SUPER, Courtney Jackson oversees the development and execution of events worldwide. With over a decade producing events and leading global teams in the sporting and entertainment industries, she brings a unique wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the role.

Her background in venue operations and event management—which spans multiple countries across four continents—has provided her with unparalleled insight into the world of touring, and given her the opportunity to work with some of the world’s top A-list personalities and events, including FIFA, President Barack Obama, Katy Perry, Eminem, Bon Jovi, Queen + Adam Lambert and Genesis.

Expanding her visionary horizons far beyond the live music business, Courtney was pivotal in establishing and cultivating relationships with sporting partners including FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia 2023 and the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics leading a satellite team that managed sponsorship ticketing across the global events.

Courtney’s inherent gift for relationship building has solidified her as a top-tier, trustworthy C-level executive who is wholeheartedly committed to the satisfaction of her clients. Under her guidance, SUPER has expanded from 3 employees to achieve a 400% growth in personnel, and was named one of the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Companies. She also opened and continues to lead the Australasia branch of SUPER, expanding the company’s reach to exciting new markets. Internally, she is a respected team lead, known for her passionate dedication to fostering a company culture that encourages employees to love what they do while maintaining a healthy life balance.

Whether it’s discovering new opportunities for expansion or researching better systems to maximize efficiencies, Courtney works to develop ways to improve the organization and spearhead actions that will accelerate the path to the company’s long-term goals. Her big-picture vision fuels her ambition to expand the company into new areas that have the ability to deliver the most extraordinary, once-in-a-lifetime VIP experiences on earth.

Courtney lives for the sun, a good book, team-building and the occasional short-term obsession (i.e. running). A native New Zealander, after traveling with artists across the globe and then living in the UK setting up the SUPER team there, she is now based in Sydney, Australia.

Melanie Kassis

Vice President, Touring & Events

About Melanie

As Vice President of Touring & Events at SUPER, Melanie Kassis is the driving force behind many of the world’s most memorable VIP fan experiences. She oversees every stage of the process, from concept and creative to operations, staffing, and guest services. Under her direction, Mel ensures that each tour not only runs seamlessly, but also creates lasting connections between artists and their biggest superfans.

Melanie’s passion for live music started early. On the same day she earned her Event Management and Hospitality diploma from Vancouver Community College, she boarded a plane to join Bon Jovi’s European tour. Learning VIP operations in real time, she forged the trademark that defines her work to this day: grace under pressure and a mastery in turning complex programs into flawless execution.

Melanie went on to manage VIP programs for AEG, contributing to major tours such as Katy Perry’s Prismatic World Tour, Taylor Swift’s 1989 World Tour, and Carrie Underwood’s Storyteller Tour. She later broadened her expertise as a Production Manager and Creative Producer at On Board Experiential and VTProDesign, working with global brands like PepsiCo and Netflix, before serving as Associate Director of Tour Marketing and Events at RCA Records.

Since joining SUPER, Melanie has become a cornerstone of the SUPER leadership team, known for balancing big-picture vision with meticulous detail. Whether shaping creative direction, scaling our global operations, or mentoring the next generation of touring professionals, she brings an energy that keeps both artists and teams inspired.

Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Melanie lives for pilates, paddleboarding, skiing, and reading. Still, for her, the happiest place on earth will always be a concert.

MATTHEW SMITH

Vice President, Business Operations

About MATTHEW

As Vice President of Business Operations at SUPER, Matt Smith designs the systems and processes that power some of the world’s most extraordinary VIP experiences. A lifelong music lover turned architect of order, he bridges creativity and technology to bring structure to the beautiful chaos of global tours, festivals, and sporting events.

Matt’s career began behind a mixing board and a camera in Philadelphia, where he shot video and photos for Live Nation and ran an independent recording studio hosting live sessions for local artists. That curiosity about how art, people, and logistics connect set him on a 15-year path through the live events world—one that’s taken him from festival grounds to stadium suites and everything in between. He’s helped deliver VIP and hospitality programs for Metallica, Kendrick Lamar, Chris Stapleton, Coachella, Bonnaroo, the Olympics, and the Super Bowl, among many others.

Known for his versatility, Matt has lived and worked around the world, including a formative chapter in Northern Thailand that deepened his appreciation for culture, connection, and adventure. His eclectic background—spanning production, marketing, customer experience, and data systems—gives him a rare, holistic perspective on how extraordinary experiences come to life.
Before joining SUPER, Matt helped lead the largest sports hospitality project in history for the Olympic Games while at On Location. Blending creative insight with operational precision, he’s built a reputation as the person who makes complex things run simply—and beautifully.

Matt calls Philadelphia home, where he lives with his wife and son. When he’s not tinkering with data or designing new workflows, you’ll find him cooking, playing music, or chasing the next great live experience.
